......Guess what, I did it!! And with out any drugs! I was very nervous the night before and the morning of the journey but I don't think I was as bad as I usually am. I went on the first tube
(circle) without any trouble and then later went on the Victoria line, at first I was a bit snappy because I had to go down two escalators and a long tunnel  but once I was on the tube I was fine. It did get really packed at certain stops, where you couldn't really move but I didn't panic I just got on with it. Then we went to Oxford Circus which was hideously overly crowded but again I just felt mildly agitated but no panic. I'm so pleased I did it because I don't think I really believed it would work but it did! I'm going to London again tomorrow so I'll see if I'm just as cool, calm and
collected! Thanks soooo much!  ...............................................................................December 2006
